David received accreditation with the Institute for Training & Development (ITD) in 1989 and founded DJR Training in 2003 following successful careers in the Employment Service and Financial Services sector.
 
David has been responsible for the smooth implementation of a number of significant projects, including:
 
*  the development, design and delivery of an extensive
    mortgage training track for a top 3 building society
 
*  a change programme, including team building events and
    tools, for an Early Years & Childcare Team in the 
    West Midlands
 
*  design and delivery of a 3 module management
    development programme and a competency based
    appraisal process for a major outplacement and learning
    organisation
 
*  delivery of sales and sales process training for the
    regulated sales force of a major bank
 
*  delivery of a quality tools and techniques programme,
    linked to outward bound activities, for a top 10 building
    society
